parcels listed for sale 

The Homeowner's Association does not permit the use of, installment, placement, or temporary use of any signage with a height above three feet and wider than three feet on any common area other than directly attached to the parcel for sale.  One erected "for sale" sign may placed on the listed parcel.  failure to adhere to this directive will result in removal of the signage at the expense of the agent/owner.  in the event special considerations are needed, the hoa board must approve the signage before it is placed within the association.
